CamdenTools is responsible for paying shipment costs except when items have been shipped outside of the UK after being delivered to the UK customer service address. We will then advise you of the next course of action which will vary depending on the Manufacturer of the product purchased and that Manufacturers Warranty and Returns policy.
If an item purchased from CamdenTools is then shipped out of the UK and develops a fault, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely shipped back to CamdenTools customer services address for CamdenTools to then arrange collection from that address for any repairs/replacements under a valid manufacturer's warranty.ฤก5.2 If any Goods you have purchased develop faults within 28 days after the date you have received them, you should contact CamdenTools. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and CamdenTools cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer on record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported.
